Lora Beth Zippe Advisory LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), applicable state privacy laws, and our own privacy standards. By using our services or website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, such as: full name and contact information, financial information including income, assets, investment objectives, and account details; Social Security Number or Tax ID (for account opening and tax reporting); employment information; and other information necessary to provide advisory services. 4. GLBA Notice: Financial Privacy

As a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we are required to provide you with a notice of our privacy practices regarding nonpublic personal information (NPI). We collect NPI directly from you and from third parties with your authorization. We do not share your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We may share information as permitted by law, including with service providers who assist in our operations under confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with: regulatory bodies (FINRA, SEC, IRS) as required by law; custodians and broker-dealers holding client assets; service providers (technology, accounting, legal) under appropriate agreements; and successors in the event of a business transfer.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including: encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS); access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel; regular security assessments; and employee training on privacy and data security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain client records for a minimum of 5 years after the termination of an advisory relationship, as required by SEC and FINRA rules. Other personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, correct, or update your personal information; request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements); opt out of marketing communications at any time; receive a copy of your advisory records.
